Don't understand how Best Buy was able to get away with charging customers for pre-ordering a game that does not have a release date yet. I ordered back in November and at that time it had a release date of just after Christmas. Since then, the release date only ever say not yet released. Feel that Best Buy should refund us our money until there is further clarification. How can a company sell something that doesn't exist?!!!

I ordered it in October. I really thought it would be released for Christmas. I called Best Buy and ask the question. They don't know either. Wow, I'm alittle miffed that we were able to orderer so far ahead of release date. I hope soon.
