• Yes. You can extend it. The monthly cost is about $25, unless you commit to a longer time.

• You can extend the service but it will cost more as this is just the intro price. I think the price regularly for 3 months is around $110 if you wanna keep the 3 month pricing you have to buy a full year or get a new sim card with a new number.
