No, to get a new phone you'll need to order directly from Mint's website. Best Buy only carries the sim packs with prepaid service or the service one. And yes, it's super simple to setup yourself. Takes only a few min. Just go to their website to ensure your phone is compatible. Generally if it's GSM and unlocked, it'll work.

I bought the Motorola Moto G Power and it is working good with the Mint service. It has to be an unlocked phone and check the phone on the Mint website to see if it compatible with their service.
