I never liked that digital download thing,to many issues. I'm old school. I prefer the physical cd.. Hope everything worked out.

I would double check your receipt sometimes there is a code that 
Needs to be entered on your system.
Or double check your library in your system 
Or check to see if you have add ons

I didn't get mine after release either. But once I picked up my copy of the game at the store I immediately received the email with the code.

Contact Best Buy or best buy digital support that’s what I did on day one of receiving my MLB the show 19 and I receive the code within an hour after calling them.
