Try scrolling down from the Home Screen and you should see it as an add on...make sure when you get it downloaded to select the PS5 version before you play...hope this helps!!

After you enter the code go to the PlayStation store and search for mlb 21. You’ll be able to download the version that’s $69.99 for free. But make sure you enter the code and redeem it successfully prior to searching.

Go to the PlayStation store and redeem the code, once you do that while still at the PlayStation store look for the game there and purchase it, it will show up as $0 at checkout.
