“Hi, I have a subscription for 7/24 for 30 days recording but I can’t find past recordings. When I click playback it say “No SD card detected. Do I need an SD card even I pay a monthly subscription?? Thank you”

Hello and thank you for reaching out. The MobiCam does require a Micro SD card to record content. The MobiCam will still surveil without it but you won't be able to playback any content until the Micro SD card is inserted.
