How do you open it to change batteries null

After you take off top that opens foil there is a flip top panel that opens to put batteries in.I used a flat head screw driver in slot to pop. Hope this helps

The batteries are under the top cap, which is a foil cutter.

Twist the top,make sure you put the 6 batteries in the right way or it won't work.
