“my red light has been on charging for 15hrs I just bought my headphones yesterday and plugged them in to charge. The red light is on and when i woke up today it is still red. I unplugged and re-plugged and still red, does it really take this long to charge or bad headphones?”

• It sounds like they may have a faulty cell in the battery, that is not allowing it to fully charge. I would suggest taking the unit back to your local Best Buy store and exchanging for another set.

• It shouldn't only take about an hour to charge. Maybe they were on and running on Bluetooth but not linked to your device.
