This sounds like a simple pairing issue, I would recommend speaking to our call center at 1-800-499-3402. They will be able to assist you with troubleshooting your headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its not a pairing issue since it happens every so often. Its an issue with the firmware that is written into the chip it uses. Calling the number will be of no help since they'll just tell me to either turn off the headset and turn it back on till it works or replace it for one that has the same issue.
