• No, this headset does not have noise cancellation, which was one reason I purchased it. I wanted wireless music in the background, while still hearing and interacting with my surroundings. There is fairly good noise cancellation for the microphone when talking on the phone, and I've been told that it works well by others with whom I'm speaking when I've been in a relatively noisy environment.
