“Blue tooth light stayed a solid blue all day and would not connect to music or phone call. I just purchased a set of these headphones. I used them once this morning on a phone call. Call ended, then the blue light stayed on and would not connect to the next call and would not turn off. What is the problem? I have wifi connection and blue tooth. Please advise.”

• I would suggest removing the headphones from your phones "Bluetooth devices" list and re-pair.

• Try holding down the call button to turn off the headset, then turn off Bluetooth from your device. Then turn Bluetooth back on, then hold down the call button on the headset until you hear "pairing", then reconnect on your phone again. That happened to me a couple times. That's how I handled it.
