I would suggest removing the headphones from your phones "Bluetooth devices" list and re-pair.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try holding down the call button to turn off the headset, then turn off Bluetooth from your device. Then turn Bluetooth back on, then hold down the call button on the headset until you hear "pairing", then reconnect on your phone again. That happened to me a couple times. That's how I handled it.
