There are 15 holes on this band, and I am able to use any of the middle-area holes on the larger size band. There is plenty of room to make it tighter or looser - you'd have to have a massively chunky wrist for this band to not suit your needs! I can fit it around a standard water bottle and still have room to make it larger.

An adult wrist is not 6 inches. I have 8.7 inch wrists. They are NOT chunky. 4.7 inches is kid sizes.

Well the band I bought Samsung active 2 it was 40mm to 44mm 
I fit into 40mm but 44mm it's fine too.
