Since you are not going to get as many channels with the Leaf as Comcast, I would try the Leaf before I cancelled my Comcast service. I purchased the Leaf for a friend who did not have access to Comcast. We were able to receive 32 channels to her TV with the Leaf. The number of channels you are able to get will depend upon where you live.
Try the Leaf first and see how you like it!

If you are unsure about cutting the cable, than yes try it out and see how you like it, you can always change your mind within 3 days and get your money back. I think you'll like being richer at the end of the month
