I have that antenna and we cannot get any channels on our tv . What could be the problem null

Antennas are just finicky. Try another brand or style. Best Buy allows returns of antennas within 2 weeks.

Place it as high as possible and as close to a window as possible, too. Also, remember that you have to go through the"search for channels" process each time you move it. 
There is also a way on the internet that you can search for the distance between your house and the tv station transmitter/tower. If you're too far away, you might not pick up that channel.

did you complete channel scan? if so problem is either location of antenna within in your home or the actual location of your home. check your address online for availability of over air channels. like real estate indoor antennas performance is... location...location...location

Does your TV have a built in tuner is what I believe the answer below should have read. If your television is was made before 2009 you would need to invest in a digital converter. A digital converter box connects to your existing television and allows it to receive free over-the-air digital signals. A digital converter box is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees. One converter box is necessary for every television that was not made before 2009. Digital converters are fairly inexpensive and can be found at electronics stores or online. If you're not sure, please contact your TV manufacturer to gather this information.

Does your antenna have a built in tuner? If not you may need to buy one. Pre 2008 tvs they were not required, Post 2008 it is a requirement
