Will this work in the 92345 zip code area? null

If there are television signals in your area this antenna will pick up on them you need signals within a 50-mile radius.

There's an app that provides local channel reception after entering your zip code. Don't remember the app but I'm sure you could ask Google or Safari to find it.

The channel scan of this zip code doesn't look very promising for major networks but there are some signals available in the area. I would suggest you google "what channels can I get at my address with an OTA antenna" and look for a channel scan that will allow you to enter in your complete address so you can take a look at the signals at your EXACT address.
