“Does a house with Aluminum siding have an effect on the reception? Does the antenna need to be near a window?”

• I have aluminum siding on my house and I get great reception. I have 2 antennas and 1 is in my basement not near a window and the channels come in great. I have tried other antennas and the Mohi Leaf Amplified is the best antenna with the best reception.

• Yes and yes! Any type of metal can negatively impact reception with an antenna. When metal is involved the antenna would need to be placed in a window that faces the direction of the towers for a clear line of sight. Most customers with metals in their building materials will often look into a roof or attic mounted antenna to get the antenna up and over the blockage.

• I have aluminum siding and it works okay - my antenna is on an inside wall, 5 ft from a window and the picture is great! Try it in different locations, there is a lot of cable
