Mine does not work well fro a semi in ground basement.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It might - depends on the construction materials of the building. Typical wood house - probably be OK. Brick & Steel commercial or apartment building - maybe not. Would probably work best if you can place this near a window, or near the ceiling. Fortunately, the cable is fairly long so you might be able to find a place where it works.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The basement is the ONLY place it worked! It would not work correctly on the main floor by a south picture window, west picture sindow, or north regular size window. We got some stations to come in, then when we turned the TV on again, one or two would be gone. Always the main stations like CBS, ABC, or NBC. We kept the basement one as we don't watch that TV except while on the treadmill. We returned the other one & signed up with Dish!
