No you can’t get those channels without cable but you can get subscribed to Sling tv and get a $20.00 package , you can choose your own channels but need internet. Good luck.

You may be able to stream these two stations via an app with a streaming device but the antenna will not pull these in as they a subscription is needed via a cable/satellite service to view these.
