you pin the antenna high up on the wall closest to the window

Please try again later.i did not install this. but , in this case, the antenna is attached to the wall inside the house. i don`t think it is meant for outdoors. i know one other person, with this type antenna and it is also placed on the wall in the room. i do believe he moved it around the room in several places until he got the best reception available. both seem to be near the television. they both live in a remote area, where cable is not available. both men are happy that they at least have some reception and can watch some shows that they like.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure, but if the window is in direct sunlight, make sure the white side faces out. There are temp limits and the black side would absorb a lot of heat fast.
