If your Toshiba has a digital tuner built-in it will. Otherwise buy an external digital tuner. My Vizio has no tuner so I went that route. Worked fine
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had one hooked up to a Toshiba that was at least 10 years old and it picked up quite a few channels. However, the new Smart TV's and DVD players will pick up more channels and they also offer a lot of free channels.
