• I would definitely look for something else. This antenna seems like its meant for a upper floor of a home with little to no ubstructions around.

• It may work however it depends how far away you are from the antenna that's broadcasting the signal. If you're looking to get live TV I would suggest purchasing the Clear Stream 2 max. It's all that Best Buy for $99. I originally started with this flat panel antenna but had to return it and purchase the clear stream 2 Max. I have no issues picking up any channels.
