Antennas are just finicky. Try another brand or style. Best Buy allows returns of antennas within 2 weeks.

Also, remember that you have to go through the"search for channels" process each time you move it. There is also a way on the internet that you can search for the distance between your house and the tv station transmitter/tower. If you're too far away, you might not pick up that channel.

If your television is was made before 2009 you would need to invest in a digital converter. A digital converter box connects to your existing television and allows it to receive free over-the-air digital signals. A digital converter box is a one-time purchase with no monthly fees. One converter box is necessary for every television that was not made before 2009. Digital converters are fairly inexpensive and can be found at electronics stores or online. If you're not sure, please contact your TV manufacturer to gather this information.
