• No, you do not. We have a smart TV, no cable or satellite.

• No. The antenna connects directly to your TV using the coaxial port.

• Nope. Hopefully you have a smart tv that you can watch netflix or hulu on because the only channels that are clear are 3, 10 and 29. May be different for you.

• Nope, but you will need to change your smart TV to scan for digital channels, its a separate function (and therfore the tuner is different) than a cable input.

• No, you do not need a cable box for this product. I am currently using the Mohu without a cable box. Strictly capturing the TV via airwaves.
