It might, but any antenna will work better if it is mounted outside, as high as possible, and unobstructed by power lines, trees, metal buildings, etc.

I had the supreme and put air the air 60 outside and it performs 
Much better than the indoor model ever did

In most instances an antenna that is mounted on a roof tends to work best. With a roof mount the antenna is higher up than the indoor antenna can be positioned and it also has a clear line of sight to the towers. As with all antennas each situation is different so testing at a specific location is recommended to discover exactly how an antenna will perform.
