Does this work as an indoor antennae? null

Yes, follow same diections as outdoor. I have mine on a shelf, just needs to be elevated. No issues.

We have this antennas in the addict of my aged mothers home. The only channel it is not picking up is 13. All other seem to be coming in fine.

Yes, you can use it indoor. It is optimized for attic use and works based when positioned as high as possible. There are other antennas that Mohu sells that are more aesthetic for indoor use, but you can use this one if you wish. I have mine in my attic and I get all the channels that are available in my area over the air.
