I reached out to Capcom Customer Support after picking my copy up on release day, and this is what they said: "For orders placed through Best Buy, the pre-order bonus code for the "Guild Knight Set," and "Hope Charm" DLC for Monster Hunter Wilds is distributed via e-mail, generally shortly after the game is launched – however, the exact time of delivery will depend on Best Buy’s policies. If you have not received a code yet, please wait at least 48 hours after receiving the game and then contact Best Buy support via phone at 1 (888) 237-8289 and request to speak to the digital promotions department." Weird that this info isn't noted anywhere, but hope this gives folks some potential solutions. Keeping an eye out for the code in my inbox in the meantime.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I pocked mine up today and no code in the box for the pre-order bonus, no code in my email as of yet, and no code on any receipt. A chat support agent/ ot told me that this version does get the bonus, and to claim it on game, but theres nothing in my box ingame to claim. I'm going to try againnin the morning to get resolution if i dont get an email with the codes tonight.

The subject line is "Download your PlayStation Pre Order Bonus product". Took a while but I now have it. Hope this helps folks still looking for the answer, good luck and happy hunting!
