At the time of purchase, when the Best buy sales person is trying to sell you the coverage, they will tell you that it is covered. But when you try and use your protection plan, it's not. Buyer beware!!!!!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Anytime you make a purchase you have to let Best Buy know you would like to add the TV to your current plan. If Tv breaks or stop working and you did not add it to your plan then it’s not covered. I hope this helps
