I purchased this in March for my birthday. I absolutely love having the convenience of watching tv and asking alexa questions to get a quick answer. This size fits extremely nicely under my kitchen cabinets too. No technical issue thus far. I definitely recommend this item.

Monthly Best Buy Protection plan is awesome. I buy a ton of products and to pay for each item insurance would be devastating expensive, I pay one price each year under $200 and covers each item I buy from Best Buy.

Absolutely Love this TV. So very easy to use, only need one remote. And I love that it has a microphone. Bought one Roku TV and loved it, so when it was time to replace our TV in the bedroom I was looking at Roku TV’s. Purchased the Hisense 65” UHD 4K 2160 TV and the picture is fantastic.

Got this for my kitchen. I was going to hook to our cable, but loved the Samsung programming. So just bought an antenna for local stations and use the programs it came with

The tv itself is good, it says it’s Alexa enabled but it’s really not. So that’s a minus. I bought it and it was missing the screws for the stand and the batteries for the controller (box said it came with). I emails support and no reply and chatted with Best Buy and the person on the other side was a pretty much take it or leave it kind of associate. Didn’t apologize, offered a discount or even shipping of missing items. It was not a big deal, I know. But when you purchase something from a reputable business you kinda expect great customer service and better communication.

Total Tech Membership is AAA+ and I will never let it go.
