Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Beware! I paid for a 2 year protection plan when I bought my item. It states it on the receipt. But when 23 months passed and my product went faulty, they didn't honor it. They said it was actually a 12 month plan and I would have to renew and repay them a fee every 12 months. It is a scam. They say you are paying for 24 months but actually it is 2 payments for 24 months (12 months increment) So if you don't see the email to renew and pay again, you can never reinstate...therefore your item is no good as they don't even have a warranty. Scam!
