Beware!! I fell for this scam! The sales person said my protection plan was for 24 months. Paid for it when I purchased my tv. Or so I thought. 23 months passed and the tv would not come on. Took tv into BestBuy thinking I had a plan and/or protection. Evidently you have to pay EVERY 12 months for a protection plan. So actually it is just for 12 months. So I asked about the warranty. Guess what, it was for 12 months as well. WHAT?? So don't fall for it!

With many items you do get 24 months of protection but there are some items that may only have 12 months or 18 months so it depends on each individual item purchased.
