If I manage to drop or damage any of my phones, tablets, or other electronics, for a small co-pay, the device can be repaired or replaced. I dropped my last laptop and damaged the screen beyond repair. It occurred in the last month of the 24 month coverage period. And much to my surprise, it was covered for a refund of the purchase price.
