I my experience, I bought extra propellers in the event I needed to replace them on the fly. But if it is broken you can take it in and they will fix it if it’s under warranty.

May have to go through DJI if still under warranty and let them know what happened. Best Buy to be honest will not replace a drone that flew away I don't believe as a couple of factors such as transmitter not pointed directly at it with no external antenna and if interference due to building or even trees.
