“On a Mini3 drone, does the warranty cover replacement and fly away or just broken parts or worn parts?”

Everything, they just replace the whole item if they can’t fix it.

Best Buy to be honest will not replace a drone that flew away I don't believe as a couple of factors such as transmitter not pointed directly at it with no external antenna and if interference due to building or even trees.
