I have tried many of robot vacuums and I have to say this robot vacuum is worth all the money at this price point that it currently is at Best Buy $899. The technology in this robot vacuum is unbelievable. It even finds your pet if you wonder what the sneaky little devil is doing. Its cleaning capacity is excellent. Very few refills . It’s cleaning capacity is excellent. Very few refills of fluids, mopping and dirt identification along with. It’s avoidance system is amazing. The AI built into this unit identifies things that I have never seen a robot vacuum identify and avoid in the accuracy is unmatched so with that being said definitely worth the money.

The Bambu Lab P2S is an impressive 3D printer that delivers speed, precision, and ease of use. Setup was straightforward, print quality has been consistently excellent, and the overall build feels solid and well-engineered. The interface and ecosystem are also very user-friendly, making the whole printing experience smooth even for complex jobs. My only concern, and the reason for giving four instead of five stars—is the filtration path and airflow design. When the cooling fan pulls air in, some fumes can be exhausted before passing fully through the filter. For an enclosed printer marketed with filtration in mind, it would be better to ensure the airflow is always directed through the filter system so no unfiltered fumes escape. It’s not a deal-breaker, but it’s something Bambu Lab should definitely improve in future updates or hardware revisions. Overall, the P2S is a fantastic machine, highly capable and reliable, and I would still recommend it especially if they address the filtration airflow issue.

I love that Best Buy offers protection, this allows me to have a piece of mind when using my products knowing that if something goes wrong I can got to Best Buy and exchange my product which is so good to know. Best Buy Protection is an easy add on when you’re buying something you actually rely on. Electronics can fail randomly, and this takes the stress out of it. The monthly plan is convenient, coverage is clear, and it’s nice knowing you’re not stuck paying out of pocket if something goes wrong outside the standard return window.

The two year protection that comes with my BestBuy membership is a no brainer, instead of paying extra insurance protection for my expensive purchases that I’ve made over the holidays, it more than paid for itself in the coverage and peace of mind that all my expensive purchases are protected. I’ve purchased a camera, a lense, microphone and other devices that are now protected!!!

Not bad product, definitely will get better by next generations if it was $400-500, the drawbacks would make it 4 stars 1- thick and heavy 2- apps selection is limited, very limited, other then seeing my music, and seeing my text messages, I dont really use the screen that much 3- voice dictation is not bad at all 4-meta AI- I dont use much 5-maps dont use at all 6-video call- useless using what's app, which I never use 7-overall, niche product, if there are 3rd party apps maybe more useful, for now does not improve my life, just feel like another thing to charge 8-the most annoying thing is the neural band charging, does not charge easily and you have to check the app to make sure its charging

Tons of useful features, excellent battery life and solid build - this is the one of the best smartwatches if not the best one out there - hats off to Garmin - has really changed how I view and manage my health ! Give it a try you won’t be disappointed!

I didn’t even realize the protection plan came included with my Best Buy Total Membership until I bought my Osmo Pocket 3 — and wow, it’s such a great benefit. It gives me full coverage for up to 24 months, including accidental damage, and it’s already built into my membership. No need to pay extra or deal with any confusing signup process. It’s honestly a no-brainer if you’re buying expensive electronics. Just knowing I can walk into any Best Buy and get help or a replacement if something happens makes me feel way more confident about using my gear. It’s one of the best parts of the Total Membership and definitely adds value.

I am in awe with the extraordinary reception by the employee when I brought back an ROG Ally X that had a glitch that I purchased. I was interested in a new Ally X and not a refund of the money this was on the 20,12,2024. The best buy employee assisted me in getting a new Ally X with more storage for a few more bucks but they didn't have it at the Union Square location where I was neither the other stores that were a couple blocks away, so the employee told me the device could be ordered and be delivered to my address or I could come to the same location to pick it up so I went ahead for it to be ordered and delivered to my address which was to be delivered on the 24,12,2024 and the next day when I woke up to check on the delivery time line, it has changed for the better 21,12,2024 with the arrive time to be at about 8:00pm, which was awesome during the Christmas season as I'm scheduled for upcoming travel dates with the first to be on the 26th and need the device to be set up to enjoy it in flight so that I wouldn't be bored. I am so anxious I kept tracking it because I just couldn't believe what I was seeing. I anxiously went outside to check and there it was all smiles to my face, the device came about five hours before the time, remarkable. The Asus ROGAlly X is remarkable, they nailed it by combining a PC & a hand held game in one hand held mega structure compact for people like me who are on the go, I'm impressed, there are so much a person can do with this device. Play games, emails, Whatsapp, Microsoft office, etc. Just go get one or two LOL.

I contacted BestBuy help via online Chat asking if I should bother to try and fix it and potentially void the warranty by touching it or if I should just send it in since I had the coverage. They immediately scheduled an appointment at the nearest BestBuy based on my Zip Code. I went in for the appointment. I showed up about 20 minutes late (whoops) and notified the staff that I was there for an appointment regarding my drone. They pointed me to the GeekSquad counter, and I headed over that way. No one was at the counter, customer, nor staff but since I had informed someone on my way into the building, they sent a staff member over there. Note: inform someone right at the entryway that you're there for an appointment. I spoke with a staff member explaining my situation. He asked, "Did you buy it from me?", I said "No". He said that there was nothing he could do. He then asked, "Did you buy it from here?" I said "no". He said, "If you didn't buy it from here there's nothing I can do". I told him that I didn't purchase it at that store but that I did purchase it at a Best Buy, and that they had ordered it for me, and that the online help support created the appointment. He shook his head again and said, "There's nothing I can do". I further explained that it was purchased from BestBuy (at the physical store), using a BestBuy Credit Card, BestBuy ordered it "for" me, and that BestBuy scheduled this appointment for me. I said, "It can't get more "BestBuy" than that!". Fortunately, my friend who was with me was able to translate that the device needs to have been purchased from a BestBuy. Of course, I had known that fact even as a toddler on how returns and replacements worked at any given store. I was not pleased with communication from the staff but eventually sorted out this matter. Despite my immediate displeasure, the GeekSquad staff member explained that he needed whatever was in the original purchase since they don't perform repairs and simply send the equipment out for replacement and DJI does the repairs or sell refurbished models. I had to return my controller, battery, drone, gimbal cover, and whatever was part of the original base kit. I had to remove all of the accessories that weren't part of the base kit. When filling out the digital paperwork it had shown that there were 2 things that I had some questions about, and one was about a 15% restocking fee and then another $79 repair fee. In this situation, the restocking fee doesn't apply since the device is being "replaced" instead of restocked, and the $79 repair fee doesn't apply since there is no actual "repair" being performed by GeekSquad. I'm happy for this as it would be in my opinion, ridiculous to pay for the coverage, and then to pay for a repair covered by the coverage that was already paid for. I was asked if I wanted it shipped in-store or direct. I chose direct but I can understand with certain devices that it may be safer to have it picked up in store. Then, I was given a receipt and received a text with a tracking number showing that it should arrive in 2 days. Overall, the process was pretty straightforward. There was some displeasure with communication with the staff over just poor communication but didn't affect the protection process. I had also verified later online that when the new replacement ships out, the BestBuy TotalCare Protection plan on the replacement begins.

You could never go wrong with protecting your device. It is very much worth it to have. The only downside for me is it will not cover fire damage for theft. But that can be also understandable, but within the two years, if anything happens, like, if you drop it in the water kids get to it and accidentally break it, drift. Problem button's not working anything that is wrong with it. Can be fixed by best buy geek Squad. or replaced

I have had this service for years and it has been wonderful. I take my computers in about twice a year and have them cleaned up by the Geek Squad under my insurance plan.

The best 360 camera ever made! A big upgrade to the older X4 model - Comparison to Insta360 X4: The X5 features larger sensors than the X4, resulting in improved image quality, particularly in low-light conditions. The X5 also boasts a new PureVideo mode for cleaner and brighter low-light footage, a feature not present in the X4. While both cameras offer 8K video, the X5's larger sensors contribute to a noticeable upgrade in overall image quality compared to the X4.

I must complement the Geek Squad members who came and installed our Samsung The Frame 55” TV. They were quick and efficient and set up all of our apps. The only other thing I would add for improvement, is communication with the driver on day of Appointment.
