    Despite regular cleanings, and a deep thorough cleaning, I continue to have mold and algae grow inside the tank and inside the unit. Contacted GE, and they were no help. but wait, I have a Geek Squad Protection plan! TWO WEEKS ago I contacted them, they setup an appointment, and the service provider called me yesterday and said they don't service counter top ice makers and can't get parts for them. Why was this setup to begin with??? So I call back today, and a GS rep tried to find another company, but could not, so he was going to have the dispatch department contact me to setup an appointment. They called me just now, and said "sorry, this issue isn't covered by your warranty." It's an obvious defect with the unit, because I clean it and run high quality bottled water through it. I am furious!!! $725 I spent last year on this, and it's a health hazard. Further research reveals that this is a common issue. Save your money and don't buy one. If you already have one and end up with this issue, don't count on GE or Best Buy to help you. The worst customer service I've had in a while! The picture with the paper towel is what I got out of the fillable water tank....

    Surprisingly mediocre for the price

    Unfortunately we will be returning this. We had an old Roomba 980 that worked great, but this vacuum is mediocre at vacuuming and mopping doesn't work. The mop leaves "tiger stripes" and doesn't cover the cleaning area fully. This vacuum also doesn't have a smart resume, and likes to clean areas it has already worked on. It took 5 hours to vacuum and mop ~800 square feet, and I had to stop to refill the reservoir. Not worth the headache or time.

    My thoughts on Bambu Lab P1S

    Bambu Lab P1S is a beginner’s dream 3D printer—super easy to set up and use, even if you’re new. It’s fast, has a 256mm build area, auto-levels the bed, and an enclosure for tricky filaments like ABS. Combo (w/AMS) price $559; add AMS pro ($100) for multi-color fun. Pros: Prints high-quality stuff quickly, intuitive app (Bambu Studio), works with many filaments, minimal tinkering needed. Cons: Fans are loud, some parts are proprietary (but cheap), AMS wastes a bit of filament. If you’re starting out, this “just works.” Skip if you want quieter or fancier; otherwise, 4.5/5—go for it!

    Dream Machine?

    I was looking for a good quality Expresso machine to make lattes. Breville kept coming up as a capable and quality machine. With other Breville machines I had issues with the grinders clogging and not being able to properly take them apart, clean them and reassemble. So far no issues, and this one does everything well including dispensing and tapping. I do like the all in one capability but of course the leanest link determines the overall quality. If this holds up it will be my dream machine.

    I added this protection because it’s reassuring to have coverage when you’re buying electronics that could fail or get damaged. It’s straightforward and removes a lot of “what if” stress after the purchase. I like the idea of having support available without having to fight through complicated warranty steps. The downside is the monthly cost adds up, so it’s most worth it on items where repair or replacement would be expensive.

    I’ve used Geek Squad for several different needs, computer setup, data recovery, and a TV repair, and the experience really varies. When things go smoothly, the technicians are friendly, explain what they’re doing, and can solve problems that would take me hours to figure out on my own. They also stand behind their work with warranties, which provides peace of mind. The downside is consistency. Wait times for appointments can be long, and follow-up communication isn’t always clear. Pricing is on the higher side compared to local independent repair shops, so it’s worth getting an estimate before committing. In one case, my service ticket wasn’t updated promptly, which meant I had to call multiple times to track progress. If you value convenience and want the backing of a national chain, Geek Squad can be a reliable option, just budget extra time, ask for clear timelines, and double-check costs so there are no surprises.

    Though I have never had to use this feature (thank god lol) the fact that when I make a purchase, I feel confident that I have a team of providers that will make sure I’m back up and running in no time. I feel extremely confident shopping with Best Buy knowing they have my back!

    Great Glasses, Very Stylish and practical.

    The whole process for me was smooth. I went in and got a demo, tried on the glasses. Ordered them on the spot and got them delivered to my home less than 2 weeks later. The glasses themselves are very stylish, and the AI features are extremely helpful. The cool thing about the display is you can see it and be discrete while others cant notice a screen in your glasses lenses.

    This is a great thing to have. If you buy electronics, they will cover them. I hate having to wonder if I should buy the extended warranty with every individual product. This covers it all for one price and it alleviates that stress or concern.

    The Best Buy protection plan is a great/must have plan to cover products indispensable for daily living such as washer, drier and computer. Response time is excellent, technicians are very well trained and will solve the issues you have. The plan also includes installation/setting up equipment you buy. Very good protection plan!;

    Incredibly easy repair and replacement process. Worth every penny! Best Buy ACTUALLY protects your items and doesn't attempt to wiggle their way out of coverage. I recommend becoming a BestBuy+ member for the best value, but at minimum, buy the standalone protection!

    I wanted to write a review about how impressed I am with Best Buy's monthly protection plan. The customer service I've received is top-notch. Being able to call or walk into a store and immediately get expert support for any of my covered devices has saved me so much time and frustration.     Bought the protection to use in case my drones or osmo pocket 3 received damages... with ease i was able to schedule my busted and broken drones with the security that it wood be replaced free of charge. The staff did not hesitate to swap it out for a brand new unit, or exchange for something of equal or lesses value! I was extremely happy knowing that i was covered regardless. Thanks so much bestbuy for adding this service to the public.that is one reason i will continue to buy from you guys! This covers all my electronics and much more! I just purchased a bambu lab p1s 3d printer with no doubts you guys have my back in case of anything with it. You guys rock!

    The picture quality is fantastic — deep blacks, vivid colors, and excellent contrast. • Viewing angles are great — colors don’t wash out when seen from the side. • Supports modern gaming features like 120Hz refresh rate, VRR, ALLM, which is a big plus for gamers. • The smart TV interface is smooth and responsive, with all major streaming apps available. • Design is sleek and modern, fits well in my setup.
