“I bought this the Cannon TS 9521c printer Nov 2023. It worked well for a year but now when I try to scan more than 1 page is clogs, stops, and jams. I had it checked on line with supoprt and we downloanded all new drives. Can I return?”

If you bought it at BestBuy, I would say, yes. They are really good at standing behind their products, especially if they are are under the protection plans. We have always had good luck with them trying what ever they could do to rectify the problem. The store personnel have many times gone through the manager for help.
