“Installed an Alto case on my airpods. When placing it on the stand, it seems to recognize it with both the white light at the base and the red light on my airpods lighting up however they both disappear and charging stops.”

Move it around a bit to help. I ussallay just charge the case then i insert the air pods in the charger.
