Q: QuestionInstalled an Alto case on my airpods. When placing it on the stand, it seems to recognize it with both the white light at the base and the red light on my airpods lighting up however they both disappear and charging stops.

• A:Answer If I understand the question properly and presumably you are talking about the 3-1 charger. You don’t plug in a charger per se. You plug up the 3-1 charger in a regular wall unit, then you place the phone, buds, and watch on the appropriate areas. Make sure your product(s) is mag-safe in order for it to work. It can charge two phones and a watch or the watch pods and phone, or whatever combo you use. It just must be mag-safe. Ask your sales associate if it is or not. Hope this helped
