    Aukey warranty support is non-existent

    I purchased this and within a few months the charging pad separated from the base. It looks like it came unglued. I contacted Aukey support and went through their warranty replacement process. They said they would send me out a replacement but proceeded to ghost me after I gave them my shopping information. It worked great while it functioned but I can't recommend them because of terrible customer service.
