We have a couple of these in our household and they can be really sung once they are on. What I find is you have to grab the top and bottom parts from the sides and pull them apart while rocking them back and forward. Sometimes it feels like you are going to break it but I've found it to be ok so long as you don't put to much pressure on it.

Then with your right (same thing, left if you're left handed, it doesn't really matter though) hand grab the bottom of the case with the crease of skin between your thumb and forefinger over the home button so your hand is vertical to the phone. Don't do it horizontally or it'll be a lot harder. Then just pull hard and make sure nothing goes flying off.

My husband and I remove the bottom regularly and neither of us have ever had a problem. We've had 3 Mophies for different phones and are very happy with each of them. Don't know how we ever did without a Mophie. I think you will be happy with the support you receive from Mophie!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is definitely a tight fit but you can take the bottom piece off by hand. I don't recommend doing it too often though, I don't think it's made to take that kind of handling
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I never had an issue with removing the bottom half of the case. If you get a good grip on both sections and pull firmly it should come apart.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try squeezing the bottom piece as you pull it off
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Just pull top from bottom in opposite directions...It should come apart.
