• It's important to follow the instructions and not use the battery until your phone battery runs out of power then use morphie until fully discharged

• I have had this problem several times. I don't guess they are designed for long term use. I have however had no problem exchanging them at my Best Buy for a new one. Theses things seem to have a short life expectancy.

• Take it back to your local Best Buy store (if that's where you purchased it) and let customer service know about your problem. They can assist you with your product and it comes to it, mophie has a 1 year warranty on all of its products.

• Take it back. The are notorious for failures. I bought one and went through 3 others from the warranty before I gave up
