You need a USB source to charge it, if that handles 240v you'll be fine.
No charger is included with this.

the unit uses USB to charge, so the actual voltage going intot he USB has nothing to do with the countries voltage. you can use any usb charger to charger.

If you multi converter has a USB port; it will work just fine. I love mine for my cell. It charges my cell quickly; I would not leave U.S. without a converter that had a USB port anyway; so, yes it will work. Safe travels!!
