• That's very interesting because you said you got the "Premium Edition" which is the one that cost $100. You should check with your local best buy and get your money's worth

• I called customer support and talked to the digital distribution line and they sent me a code within 24 hours. Everyone seamed like they had the same issue getting there code. As far as your steal case you should have got a steal case i did I’d go up to Best Buy store and say something.
