Naw, you are going into it purchasing nostalgia and receiving a 70% version of the original arcade game we all played in the 80's and also getting the bonus of some of the other lesser known arcade games we also played back in the day. Even though it is reduced in size it is so cool to see it in your room like when you would go into the arcade after borrowing a bunch of quarters from your mom to play!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Nope. Has all the secrets of the originals. All the game systems before this never matched up till now not even the PC.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I would use the Best Buy credit card with the interest free 12 month payments. That should stamp out the buyers remorse. You can’t emulate the user interface with the high scores and the online multiplayer. I hope this helps!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on if you want the arcade machine itself as a piece of furniture in your house. If so, then you’ll probably love this thing. If you just want to play some Mortal Kombat, but find that this gigantic amalgamation of wood and technology would take up too much space and/or too cumbersome to move around your dwelling, than you can download emulators of all these titles with the internet archive, and use a gamepad for the arcade feel. On the upside, the one thing this machine has that you’ll find nowhere else is online multiplayer for all the classic MK games.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes. Inevitably, it is a pixelated emulation, with only 70% of the original content, and cheap hardware imo. Secrets can cause the flashed emulation to become unstable at times. Ultimately, it is a cash grab on peoples nostalgia imo and I'd rather pay for a re-release on current tech.
