“Anyone having connection issues using Comcast/Xfinity where personal devices say connected but doesn't actually have internet? Technician says it's a DOCSIS 3.0 vs 3.1 issue. Can anyone confirm? Hate to buy a new device.”

• Yes it is a problem. Only one devise at a time can be used to connect at times. Then at other times it is fine. Would not buy this device again.
