• If your account is still on Sprint, you may need to transfer your account to T-Mobile and a T-Mobile plan first, then the phone works great on T-Mobile (I did this yesterday).

• According to Motorola's web site, this phone is compatible with a large number of carriers, including T-Mobile. How ever I was not able to activate on T-Mobile. On-Line support rejected my request, claiming compatibility. Who is correct, Motorola or T-Mobile?
