Transfer your account out of Sprint and in to T-Mobile. I did this yesterday, phone activated immediately and works great!

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I had a similar problem today with T-Mobile rejecting my request to activate my new Motorola Edge+ 2022 (unlocked) from BestBuy. T-Mobile on-line support told me to take it back to the source, and go-to a T-Mobile store to discuss other options? I may have to return the smart pen I also ordered from Motorola. I am so disappointed.
