Yes, the watch will be perfectly fine if you wash your hands with it on.

Its rated IP67, which means it can be submerged in 3 ft (1 m) of water for 30 mins without being damaged. This is also listed on the bottom of the watch - it's written in the circle of text. I wash my hands while wearing it with no problems, but be cautious with it. Though it should be fine.

According to Motorola it's water resistant so you can get it wet - just can't soak the watch in water!

Don't put it under the faucet, but yeah, should be fine. Haven't had any issues with that on mine, and I wash my hands all the time.
