A:AnswerYup, totally works with Tello. If you're still nervous, you can check the phone with Tello's IMEI checker while picking it up and still in line.
A:AnswerYes -or- No is the answer. (1.) No it doesn't come with a sim card at all if you purchase this unlocked cellular without choosing a wireless provider when you place the order. (2.) Yes it does come with a sim card if you purchase the cell and then choose a wireless provider (At&t, Verizon or Tmobile are your choices). The page to choose a wireless provider pops up as the 3rd screen when making the device purchase. You can skip that screen and only purchase the cell (no sim card included) or choose a provider (sim card is included) and then only pay 25% of the cellular price, $15-$30 activation fee depending on the wireless provider chosen plus applicable sales tax. The cost of the wireless plan + the remaining balance of the cellular cost will be billed (usually payable the end of the billing cycle which will be approximately 30days after activation). So you've a choice of receiving a sim card included or not. Happy shopping.

A:AnswerHi Sush, thanks for your interest. Our phones should work in countries where you may be traveling, though we cannot guarantee all features are supported. Please check with your mobile service provider to see if your SIM is expected to operate. Please note that we never recommend buying a phone in one region for ongoing use in another as Motorola phones are only in warranty in the country/region in which they are intended for sale. - Mike

A:AnswerHi George, Thank you for your inquiry. If you forgot your PIN, pattern, or password for unlocking your screen, you need to erase your phone, set it up again, and set a new screen lock. Fortunately, most of your content should be restored when you re-enter your Gmail information during the device set up.
