Is this phone new or used or refurbished? null

The phone is new. I know hard to believe at this price. This is a very good phone and supports a lot of bands. With merger of T-Mobile and Sprint, you will be covered for access on both of their networks in addition to the AT&T and Verizon bands (basically all common bands in use). We purchase two of these unlocked phones for family.
