Hi jees, I appreciate you have one of our phones. Moto E4 plus supports 4G LTE. How do you say that this phone doesn't support it? Have you checked if your preferred Network Type is set to 4G? Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.You may have to take it to the carrier to have a new SIM activated for the phone. For my AT&T phone the old SIM worked fine but for my Sprint phone the old SIM would not work and the carrier said they had to put a compatible SIM in the phone and now it works free of charge. Hopefully that's all you need to do.
